We are thankful that God continues to send numerous workers to assist on the mission field with a vast array of gifts and talents. It is our goal to assist those who have been called to serve and to make their mission experience enjoyable and fruitful. The following procedures have been establish to assist you with your visit to one of the ministries where United Servants Abroad serves. These procedures apply to all individuals or groups visiting the field. It is important that we coordinate your time on the field with the field ministry activity that is ongoing.
The very first step is to contact the home office by phone (561-795-1665) or email to secure the dates that you would like to visit the field. The master calender for all fields is maintained at the home office. Many ministries events are taking place on the fields and the home office along with input from the field will determine if the timing is conducive to having a team or person visit the field.
Once a date has been determined for your visit, the home office will provide you with a Project Number and Password. You will use the Project Number and Password to log on to our web site and enter the personal information of each person that will be participating in the trip.
The home office will provide you with a mission ministry cost per person, based on location that includes air travel, meals, lodging, ground transportation of the country you are visiting and any special ministry cost. These cost must be paid in full to the home office before your visit to the field. The home office will provide you with dates that funds are due.
The home office will make air travel arrangements from your choice of departure city in the US to the field. The USA office will use all of our resources to obtain the best possible cost and flight schedule for you. We will only book the flights once all conditions meet your approval. Sorry, we can not use frequent flyer miles or credit cards to secure flights.
Our web site will provide you with information needed for your mission trip. With your Project Number and Password each participant can log onto our web site and find information about your flight schedule, itinerary, packing list and insurance considerations and more.
